Mind over Matter
Are you constantly overthinking or feeling anxious and depressed? Feeling this way can make you feel constantly overwhelmed; reducing the quality of your life. I’m a strong believer in the potential for personal growth when we make a commitment to change for our own well being. By fostering self-awareness, self-compassion, and implementing behavioral changes; we can live a more fulfilling life. Change is hard and it takes hard work, but it brings on healing. My specialization lies in anxiety disorders, women issues, and improving our relationships When we become ready to commit to change we begin the healing process.
I apply techniques such as CBT, ERP, ACT, and interpersonal therapy which have shown to have swift and lasting results. My objective is to empower my clients to become their own guides, equipped with the skills needed to navigate life’s challenges. We can't always control the things that happen to us but we can learn how master how we react to them.
For every individual I work with, my goal is to alleviate symptoms and enhance their overall quality of life. My hope is to help my clients make lasting transformations within themselves, and live more fulfilling and peaceful lives in this rollercoaster we call life.
